Clinic care is based at Sant Parmanand Hospital, Civil Lines (Ground Floor)—Mon/Wed/Fri 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM and Tue/Thu/Sat 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM—and North Delhi Uro Gynae Clinic, Model Town—Monday – Saturday 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. Sunday: Closed at both.
Not always. Ultrasound is ordered when it changes management. Some visits are counselling-only when recent imaging is already available.
Through history, examination, and indicated tests. Examples of factors that increase surveillance include hypertension, diabetes, prior preterm birth, twins, and significant growth concerns. Labels are clinical, not self-assigned.
Cycle calendar, prior hormone or semen analysis reports if available, surgery notes, and a list of medicines. Both partners’ information often speeds planning even when only one person attends first.
Yes. Heavy periods, cycle education, and vaccination questions are common. A parent or guardian may attend when appropriate for consent and support.
Surgery is considered when medical options are unsuitable or have failed, and pathology (for example large symptomatic fibroids or certain ovarian findings) warrants intervention. Risks, alternatives, and recovery are discussed first.

OPD booking vs emergency
If you recognise emergency patterns, prioritise hospital care first.
OPD-style booking is appropriate for chronic menstrual issues, planned fertility talks, routine antenatal reviews without acute decline, and review of longstanding imaging findings.
Go to emergency services for fainting with bleeding, severe one-sided pelvic pain with vomiting, chest pain or severe breathlessness in pregnancy, seizures, or inability to keep fluids down with dehydration signs.
If unsure, call the clinic line and state pregnancy status, temperature, bleeding volume, and pain score. Staff may redirect you to emergency rather than a delayed elective slot—that is appropriate triage.
